Sewer service for facility management and caretakers
Greentech Solutions is your reliable partner for structured sewer management. We offer tailored maintenance contracts, scheduled inspections, portfolio management across several properties and defined response times - so you can focus on what matters.
You know the pattern: Friday 5pm the tenant on the third floor reports that the toilet is overflowing. Or the underground car park drain stands full of leaves and water after the first autumn rain. We take those calls around the clock, and you receive a report with the cause afterwards (often wet wipes or grease) that you can forward unchanged to management. You keep your hands clean.
Even better if those calls never come in the first place. That is why most facility managers work with us on an annual maintenance contract: fixed dates per property, defined scope, written cost framework before signature. No middleman in between - you speak directly with the team that also shows up. Swiss family business, no middleman.

Five situations facility managers report to us most often - and how we resolve them.
The underground car park drain is overflowing
After the first autumn rain, water backs up in front of the ramp because leaves and sludge have clogged the drain. We flush the channel and the sludge trap - on request every autumn as a fixed maintenance date, before it happens again.
Grease separator in the staff canteen
If the separator is not emptied regularly, odour, backflow and regulatory findings follow. We empty on the agreed schedule, outside of meal times, and the disposal certificate lands in your inbox afterwards.
Basement backflow after heavy rain
Water pushes up from the floor drain; the garage or laundry room stands under water. We are reachable around the clock, resolve the backflow and use a CCTV camera to confirm whether backflow protection or a rehabilitation is needed.
Tenants keep reporting odour
Recurring odour complaints from basements or bathrooms almost always have a concrete cause: dry traps, leaking joints or deposits in the main line. We find them with the camera and document the finding - so the discussion has an end.
Several properties, one point of contact
You manage ten properties in three municipalities? We plan visits on a bundled route, you have a single dedicated contact, and you receive one invoice per property - directly billable to owner or management.
Documentation that has your back
As a facility manager, you stand between tenants, owners and management. When something happens, the question comes fast: was it serviced? That is what our documentation is built for. After every visit you receive a digital protocol with date, service and findings - for inspections plus the CCTV video of the camera survey.
That lets you prove to owners and management in writing that the installation was properly maintained. Useful twice: for budget defence when the next maintenance round comes up, and as liability protection, should a water damage claim later raise the question of neglect.
The reports are written so you can forward them unchanged. On request we provide a jargon-free summary - ideal for owner meetings or management reporting.
Frequently asked questions from facility managers
Do you offer a framework agreement or maintenance subscription for facility managers?
Yes. Most of our FM clients work on an annual maintenance contract: fixed dates per property, defined scope, emergency priority and a written cost framework before signature. Standard is a 12-month term with automatic renewal and three months notice.
How fast are you on-site in an emergency?
As a contract customer, under 60 minutes in the main cantons ZH/AG/LU/ZG, under 90 minutes in TG and SH. 24 hours a day, 365 days a year - weekends and public holidays included.
We manage several properties at different locations. Can that go on one contract?
Yes, that is our standard case. We bundle all properties in one contract, plan route-optimised visits and issue a separate invoice per property, which you can pass through to owners or management directly.
What reporting do we receive?
After every visit a digital protocol by email: date, property, service, findings - for inspections plus the CCTV video and a damage classification to SN EN 13508-2. On request, we consolidate all interventions across your portfolio in a quarterly overview.
What does a maintenance contract cost?
It depends on the number of properties, the scope and the region. Send us your property list; we prepare a written detailed quote with a cost framework per property before you sign. No middleman mark-up, no hidden items.
